Required Equipment
All Valley Tigers Lacrosse players must have the following equipment:
The following must be Lacrosse-specific gear; hockey equipment is not allowed!!!!
Helmet: White with an Orange visor*
Gloves: White with black or orange trim (Reebok 9k, 7k, 5k are highly recommended)
Shoulder Pads*
Elbow Pads (black, white, or gray for all new players)*
Crosse - Must be NFHS Legal; see the list below
Recommended Equipment
*Goalies also need a throat protector. Goalies use a position specific chest protector instead of shoulder pads. Goalies are not required to wear elbow pads. Goalies may opt to wear soccer shin guards during games.
